About the course

The executive MBA (EMBA) + PGPM is a full-fledged MBA+PGPM program for experienced managers, who are either already in top position in their organization, or the aspiring future top managers. This qualification at PIMAR is a composite of formal MBA from a university and autonomous institute devised PGPM. The MBA ensure the person the person for any progression pathway as approved by the regulated bodies of the state and central government while PGPM unique to PIMAR in terms of delivery and assessment enhance the professional value of the learner.

Delivery and Assessment

  • This is an executive professional qualification with 80% emphasis on practical and 20% on class room teaching.
  • Delivery and assessment is learning outcome based.
  • Assessment are continues.
  • The achievement of learning outcome is a five tier system –Level I through level 5, starting from application of knowledge through managing change.
  • Learning is empowered with continues real time feedback systems.
  • The learner is provided with a facility to track his own learning behavior with the aid of self assessment.
  • Achievement of learning outcomes is established both by the evidences of the application of knowledge that the learner produces and the formal tests and assignment in a university setup with a top up of end examination conducted by the university.
  • Learning is experiential and student centric.
  • Final certification is based on the learner accomplishing the professional attributes as suitable to facilities management in hospitals.
